Power: Power negation, The ability to supress energy. Ron can not control this power, and any room he is in, the mutant and energy powers shut down, unless he put strain on. Somthing which he can not keep up. He is being tutored about how to control this power, although he isn't doing very well.
Power recognition, aswell are negation, Ron can identify the mutant gene. He rarley uses this power, as he finds it rude and unappropriet.

History: Ron grew up in leictershire. He had a normal and happy life, the only death he every came across was when his cat got hit by a car. When his powers manifested things like lights and television didn't work in his presence. His parents supported him when he got a visit by a Young Man, his parents supported him.

He dosn't have many friends, and some mutants don't like to be in the same room as him. His powers will develop to be controlled. And at the moment he is able to hold them in, under sheer concentration, making it impossible for him to talk and breath.
